We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging with all parts included.

- Return Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping fees for returns within the 30-day period.
- No Fees for Refunds: TMWINGS does not deduct any fees for processing refunds.
2. Returns After 30 Days
If you wish to return an item after 30 days, please contact us at aftersale-tmwings@outlook.com for assistance. Returns beyond 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and approval may depend on the condition of the product and the reason for the return.
3. Damages and Issues
- Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund as needed.
- Reporting Timeframe: For damaged or defective products, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to ensure a quick resolution.
- Exclusions: Basic wear and tear or accidental damage caused by the customer is not covered under our return policy.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

9. Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive store credit equal to the return amount once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
