We currently offer shipping services within the United States covering the following states:

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and shipped from our U.S. warehouses.The delivery warehouse is generally 1161 OLYMPIC DRIVE, CORONA CA 92881, commonly used logistics channels for FedEx & UPS. Once your order is shipped, TMWINGS will send you an email containing your shipping details and tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor the shipping status. For further tracking assistance, please use the provided tracking number. If there are any delays, we will promptly inform you via email.
3. Shipping Duration and Costs
All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 0-7 business days.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Additionally, if your country is not listed above, we cannot fulfill orders to that location, and any orders placed for unlisted countries will be automatically canceled.
4. Shipping Notifications
Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, and adverse weather conditions may occasionally cause delays in delivery. During peak periods or customs inspections, extended delivery times may occur, potentially delaying delivery by up to 5 business days in certain situations. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures arising from circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 0-1 business days. For assistance with tracking, please visit our designated tracking page.
6. Order Cancellation
You have a 24-hour window from the time of order creation to cancel without penalty. If your item has already shipped, please email us at aftersale-tmwings@outlook.com with the subject line "CANCEL" for assistance.
7. Address Corrections
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct details or notify us immediately via email. Address corrections will be accepted within 24 hours of your order.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive damaged goods due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will respond within 1-2 business days of receiving your notification and arrange appropriate compensation or refunds based on the extent of the damage.
9. Parcel Redirection
If you need to redirect your package to a different location, we will attempt to arrange this with the logistics company. However, please note that successful redirection is not guaranteed. If successful, a redirection fee will apply, which is not included in our standard shipping service and will be charged to the customer based on the new delivery address.

It is the recipient's responsibility to settle any customs duties and import taxes upon delivery, as these fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
In the event that a package is rejected, the recipient is still responsible for settling customs duties, original shipping charges, and any expenses associated with the return of the goods. Refunds for rejected international shipments will be issued minus these charges.
